Lasr-Ink was founded in 1998 by Jack Lacy. Our primary purpose is to help you, the consumer, PAY LESS for quality ink and toner. As such, our prices are generally 25% to 50% lower than at office supply superstores. Furthermore, all our products are GUARANTEED.

To ensure high-level performance our cartridges are produced using the latest in manufacturing technology. Our products will meet or exceed quality control standards of OEM (original equipment manufacturer) products. In other words, you will get the same number and quality of prints from our cartridges as from OEM cartridges.

In addition to our online store, we have three retail outlets: Palm Springs, California; Palm Desert, California; and Yucca Valley, California. Denise Gardner oversees operations and manages the Palm Springs store. Scott Brassart manages the Palm Desert store and handles online orders. Barbara Panullo manages the Yucca Valley store. Lasr-Ink currently has a staff of eleven, including Jack. Our clientele consists of an almost equal mix of individuals and businesses.

In addition to selling ink and toner, we also purchase empty cartridges from individuals and charitable organizations. Kiwanis clubs across the country, for instance, collect empty ink and toners, which we purchase, enabling the clubs to send needy and scholarship children to camp, purchase school supplies, and more. In 2006 Lasr-Ink acquired Lasr-Tec, the Coachella Valley's #1 option for printer, copier, scanner and fax machine repair. Lasr-Tec offers onsite repair, or you can drop your machine off at any of Lasr-Ink's three convenient locations. Together, Lasr-Ink and Lasr-Tec form the only destination for your printer, copier, scanner and fax needs.

OUR GUARANTEE

To ensure high-level performance, Lasr-Ink compatible cartridges are produced using the latest in manufacturing technology. Our cartridges are guaranteed to meet or exceed stringent quality control standards and will produce the same number of prints equal to the original manufacturers standards.

We guarantee our cartridges to be free from defects in material and workmanship until the toner/ink is depleted. Lasr-Ink will replace or credit any cartridge found to be defective within 90 days of date of purchase.

Lasr-Ink also guarantees that our cartridges will not damage, under normal use, any printer that has been properly maintained and that is in good working order. If our product is found to have directly caused damage to your printer, we will pay for the repair and/or replacement of the printer upon prior notification and proof.

If you are dissatisfied with our product in any way, we will gladly exchange the product or refund the purchase price, as instructed by our customer. Our guarantee applies to performance of Lasr-Ink compatible cartridges only. It is exclusive of all other guarantees, expressed or implied.
